Develop a skill for a minimum of 60 hours over 12 months…
I’m going to start this in March 2013 and am currently thinking netball! I loved playing at school, I was terrible but I really enjoyed it. Hopefully I’ll be able to get involved in intra mural netball at university (and hopefully I’ll get a bit better).
Even if it isn’t netball it will be something fitness related as it gives the clearest opportunity to show progression. My other requirement is that it is part of a group, because it is so hard motivating yourself to get up at half seven every Sunday to go swimming as I discovered whilst doing my Bronze DofE!
